Popular Mobilization Forces Seize Explosives Left Behind by ISIS Terrorists Southeast of Salah al-Din


Salah al-din: A force from the Second Regiment of the 52nd Brigade, affiliated with the Northern and East Tigris Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization Forces, discovered a cache of explosive materials left behind by ISIS terrorists on Tuesday.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement by the Popular Mobilization Forces detailed that the operation was conducted based on accurate intelligence information. The force successfully seized the explosives in the village of Basha Galan, located southeast of Salah al-Din Governorate.



The statement further mentioned that these efforts are part of ongoing security operations aimed at tracking down remnants of terrorism and eliminating the sources of its threat.
