New york: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan described the meeting held at the United Nations Headquarters on the sidelines of the 80th session of the General Assembly, in which he participated alongside US President Trump and a number of world leaders, regarding Gaza, as very good and fruitful.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, in a press statement at the end of the meeting, Erdogan said: "We have just concluded a very fruitful and good meeting. I am grateful, and I hope the outcome will be good."

He added: "The final statement will likely be announced later, and the final statement of this evening's meeting will be revealed through the statements made by both Mr. Trump and Mr. Tamim. We concluded a very fruitful and enjoyable meeting."

Asked how satisfied he was with the meeting, Erdogan said: "I am satisfied. I hope the outcome will be good."
