Budapest: Turkish Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmus declared that the events unfolding in the Gaza Strip represent the largest massacre and genocide in modern history. Speaking at a press conference alongside Hungarian Parliament Speaker L¡szl³ K¶v©r, Kurtulmus emphasized the severity of the situation, stating that Israeli forces have been committing war crimes in Gaza for nearly two years, actions that are visible to the global community.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Kurtulmus underscored the collective responsibility of humanity to halt what he described as genocide and to prevent atrocities surpassing those perpetrated by the Nazis against Jews during World War II. He warned of dire consequences if the conflict remains unresolved, suggesting a possible escalation into regional and global wars.

In addressing the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, Kurtulmus advocated for a concerted effort to establish a just and lasting peace. He cautioned that failure to resolve this war might ignite further conflicts and tensions on both regional and global scales.
