Baghdad: The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the reopening of the application window for the admission form for students from the graduates of the previous year 2023/2024. This initiative is set to benefit applicants through public channels and families of martyrs, based on the minimum limits and available seats for the first batch, with the application period concluding by the end of the official working day on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry detailed that applications for the channel are to be submitted via the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Portal, accessible at . In addition, it was clarified that the activation of the exam number for students from the families of martyrs is to be conducted exclusively through the Martyrs Foundation.
