Al-Sudani Engages in Talks with UAE’s Vice President on Enhancing Cooperation in Sharm El-Sheikh

Sharm el-sheikh: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani engaged in discussions with the Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, focusing on bilateral relations and enhancing joint cooperation.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting took place on the sidelines of the Sharm El-Sheikh Summit on Gaza. Both leaders explored ways to strengthen cooperation across various fields to benefit the mutual interests of Iraq and the UAE.

The dialogue also encompassed the current regional and international situations, with a shared emphasis on supporting initiatives to halt aggression in Gaza, facilitating its reconstruction, and ensuring the provision of essential needs for Palestinian citizens.

In addition, the talks covered collaboration on the strategic 'Development Road' project and its associated initiatives. Both parties underscored the importance of intensifying joint efforts to overcome obstacles and activate previously signed agreements, aiming for economic integration and bolstering regional security and stability.
