Kirkuk: Kirkuk International Airport administration held a meeting with a delegation from British Petroleum (BP). During the meeting, prospects for joint cooperation were discussed, as well as ways to enhance coordination in technical and logistical fields related to the airport's operations, in light of the British company's efforts to implement the Kirkuk oil field development contract.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Airport Director Abdul Samad Al-Kubaisi emphasized the administration's keenness to open up cooperation opportunities with reputable international companies to support the airport's activities and develop its services, in line with government directives to enhance investment and promote the aviation sector in Kirkuk Governorate.
This meeting comes within the framework of Kirkuk International Airport's efforts to build strategic partnerships with the public and private sectors to improve performance and achieve the highest standards of safety and quality in the services provided to passengers and operating companies.
