Baghdad: Oil Minister Hayan Abdul Ghani announced that the oil export system has stabilized, and efforts are underway to compensate for the recent disruption. Abdul Ghani addressed a press conference, stating that export rates have returned to normal following the successful extinguishing of a fire at the Zubair depot within six hours.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Abdul Ghani clarified that the leak at the Zubair oil depot was caused by a simple technical defect rather than corrosion. The minister assured that measures are being taken to prevent future disruptions and maintain stability in oil exports.
