Baghdad: Global oil prices saw a slight increase at the close of trading today. Brent crude futures settled at $65.07 a barrel, up seven cents or 0.11%, while West Texas Intermediate crude finished trading at $60.98 a barrel, up 41 cents, or 0.68%.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the rise in oil prices reflects ongoing market adjustments as traders respond to fluctuations in supply and demand. The incremental increase in prices is attributed to factors affecting global oil markets, including geopolitical developments and production levels.
