Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi affirmed that the Iranian armed forces, including the country’s missile and defense capabilities, have become stronger than they were before the 12-day war with the Zionist entity.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Araghchi said in a speech during a meeting of the Hamadan Provincial Council that ‘Iran and the Iranian people must be strong,’ stressing that ‘the enemy failed to achieve any of its objectives during the recent war.’ He added, ‘In the early days of the conflict, the U.S. President sent a three-word message demanding Iran’s ‘unconditional surrender,’ but the Islamic Republic’s response was firm. While maintaining diplomatic engagement, we confronted the aggression with decisive strength on the battlefield.’

The foreign minister explained that ‘the enemy’s goal at the beginning of the 12-day war was to force Iran into submission through surprise attacks, but that did not happen,’ noting that ‘the skies over the Zionist entity, despite its multilayered defenses and Western support, were within reach of Iranian missiles.’

Araghchi concluded by saying that ‘Iranian missiles, used for the first time in a real war, proved their accuracy and stability, improving day by day as all their weaknesses were addressed.
