Baghdad: Interior Minister Abdul Amir al-Shammari confirmed that all polling centers are fully secured. During his tour of several polling centers to monitor the security plan, al-Shammari said: “There is a comprehensive security plan in place for transporting ballot boxes and the electronic voting machines.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Shammari emphasized: “All commanders are present in the field, and we are working under the supervision of the Supreme Security Committee.”
