Gaza city: Palestinian sources reported the death of a Palestinian woman in northern Gaza following an Israeli drone strike, despite the ceasefire that has been in place since October 10.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, medical sources at Al-Shifa Hospital stated that the woman’s body was transferred to the hospital in Gaza City. Residents and local media reported that she was killed by an Israeli drone.

Later, the Israeli army reported that a Palestinian man was killed in southern Gaza after approaching an area controlled by soldiers, who deemed him a threat. The army statement explained that the man crossed the so-called “yellow line,” behind which the army withdrew as part of the ceasefire arrangements.

An Israeli army spokesperson said she was unaware of any drone strikes in northern Gaza, while there were no immediate Palestinian reports of gunfire in the southern region. These incidents come despite the continuation of the truce, which has been in effect for over a month, highlighting the ongoing tension in Gaza.
