Baghdad: Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani chaired a meeting of the Higher Committee for Security Sector Reform on Wednesday, with all committee members in attendance.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting reviewed the progress made in implementing the objectives of the Security Sector Reform Strategy. Discussions were held on ways to provide the necessary support to ensure the goals are achieved according to the established timelines and plans.
This initiative is part of the government’s broader efforts to enhance the capabilities of the security and intelligence agencies, aiming to sustain security and stability across the country.
