Bucharest: The Iraqi-Romanian Business Forum was held in Bucharest, organized collaboratively by the Iraqi Embassy in Bucharest, the Bucharest Chamber of Commerce, and the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce. The forum aimed to strengthen bilateral trade and economic relations between Iraq and Romania.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the event featured participation from key entities including the Iraqi Ministry of Trade's Department of Foreign Economic Relations, the Iraqi Cultural Attach© in Romania, and representatives from the Romanian Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Investment. Several Romanian chambers of commerce and companies also took part.

During the forum, Abdul Razzaq Al-Zuhairi, President of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce, highlighted the significance of enhancing trade exchanges in financial and commercial sectors between the two nations. He pointed out that such initiatives could develop economic relations and open broader avenues for joint cooperation.

The Federation's statement noted that the forum was part of efforts by both countries to expand investment opportunities, promote communication among businesspeople, and support initiatives to elevate Iraqi-Romanian trade relations.
