Baghdad: The Ministry of Commerce has announced the release of a new guide designed to assist entrepreneurs and professionals in the company registration process. This guide aims to provide a clear roadmap for those engaging in private sector activities, including legal professionals and individuals with an interest in commercial activities.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Trade emphasized that the guide will serve as a comprehensive reference for understanding the procedures and requirements necessary for establishing and registering companies. Rashad Khalaf, the Director General of the Companies Registration Department, stated that the guide is intended to simplify the registration process for the public. It is expected to strengthen the investment environment and facilitate business operations, aligning with broader goals of administrative reform and serving the public interest.
