Basra: An American delegation headed by Dearborn, Michigan State Councillor Campbell Al-Sawafi arrived in Basra province today. The delegation was received by Basra Deputy Governor for Technical Affairs, Zaid Al-Amara.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Amara and Al-Sawafi engaged in discussions on several issues of mutual interest. The visit signifies ongoing engagement and cooperation between the United States and Basra province.
