Anbar: A force from the First Qaim Regiment of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) conducted a security operation within its area of responsibility in Anbar province, searching for remnants of the ISIS terrorist group.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the PMF stated in a press release that, "During the operation, a quantity of ISIS remnants was found, including suicide belts, explosive materials, and tools used in manufacturing improvised explosive devices (IEDs). Specialized engineering teams handled and destroyed the materials on site without any damage."

The statement further explained, "This operation is part of the ongoing security efforts undertaken by the heroes of the First Qaim Regiment, in cooperation with other security agencies, to enhance security, pursue the remnants of terrorism, and fully secure the areas of responsibility."
