Baghdad: The National Security Council's Agents held its eighteenth session on Tuesday, chaired by National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji, and attended by council members.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the council discussed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in policing between the Iraqi Ministry of Interior and the Belgian Federal Police. Additionally, they reviewed a memorandum of understanding for security cooperation between the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Iraq and the State Police of the Republic of Latvia, making necessary decisions regarding these agreements.

The council also addressed the topic of security protocols for the work of tourism companies in Iraq, subsequently issuing directives deemed appropriate for the matter.
