Baghdad: President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid met with Nouri al-Maliki, head of the State of Law Coalition, to discuss the ongoing efforts to resolve constitutional entitlements within the established timeframes.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a presidential statement indicated that the President met with al-Maliki on Tuesday. At the beginning of the meeting, the President expressed his appreciation for al-Maliki's sincere condolences on the passing of his brother, the late Shamal Jamal Rashid.

The meeting addressed the latest political and security developments, as well as the ongoing dialogue between national blocs and forces to develop a shared vision for resolving constitutional entitlements. The discussions aim to ensure that these are addressed within the established timeframes, highlighting the importance of collaboration among national entities.
