Baghdad: FIFA issued a new statement regarding the third-place match in the Arab Cup. In its statement, FIFA declared the match a 0-0 draw, with Saudi Arabia and the UAE sharing third place. The total prize money allocated for third and fourth place will be combined and divided equally between the two teams.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, FIFA had previously decided to cancel the match, which took place on Thursday afternoon in rainy conditions, after Chilean referee Cristian Garay was forced to stop it due to the continued heavy rainfall, which prevented the players from completing the game.
