Baquba: Three people were killed and seven others were injured in a traffic accident northeast of Baquba, the capital of Diyala Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a collision between two vehicles occurred at the entrance to Khanaqin, northeast of Baquba. The accident resulted in the deaths of a man, a woman, and a child, and left seven others injured.

The police source mentioned that the bodies of the victims were transferred to the forensic medicine department. Meanwhile, the injured were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
