Baghdad: The Head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Faiq Zaidan, received a delegation from the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) today, Thursday. A statement by the Supreme Judicial Council indicated that the President discussed with the visiting delegation a number of issues of mutual interest, and ways to enhance cooperation and coordination among constitutional authorities to contribute to upholding the rule of law.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the KDP delegation, headed by Fadhil Mirani, commended the Supreme Judicial Council's efforts in establishing justice and strengthening institutional stability in the country. The meeting underscored the importance of collaboration between judicial and political entities to ensure the effective implementation of legal frameworks and the promotion of justice.
