According to National Iraqi News Agency, the dialogue between the two officials revolved around transitioning from international support to more robust, locally-led operations. The United Kingdom maintains a close working relationship with its Iraqi partners, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of humanitarian initiatives within the region.
