Baghdad: The head of the Popular Mobilization Commission, Faleh al-Fayyad, highlighted the global importance of the anniversary of the martyrdom of the leaders of victory, urging every free person to commemorate their sacrifice.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Fayyad delivered a speech during a memorial ceremony organized by the Iranian Embassy in Baghdad. He emphasized that the anniversary has transcended regional boundaries, becoming a global occasion. Al-Fayyad described the leaders of victory as defenders of rights and humanity, deserving of worldwide recognition.
