Karbala: Patrols from the First Karbala Emergency Regiment launched a preemptive security operation targeting quarry areas adjacent to Ain al-Tamr district. The operation was conducted in cooperation with the Explosives Directorate, Traffic Police, and other security agencies. Houses, factories, and abandoned structures were thoroughly searched.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the operation resulted in the discovery of 22 pieces of war remnants and the seizure of 5 unlicensed Kalashnikov rifles. Additionally, 3 traffic violations were recorded, and the necessary legal measures were taken against the violators.
