Baghdad: President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid and the head of the Azm Alliance, Muthanna al-Samarrai, emphasized the importance of strengthening political stability and supporting national dialogue.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Presidency of the Republic said: “President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid received the head of the Azm Alliance, Muthanna al-Samarrai, in Baghdad today, Thursday. During the meeting, they discussed a number of political and national issues and the latest developments.”

The President stressed the importance of strengthening political stability and supporting national dialogue, which contributes to bolstering democratic processes, fulfilling constitutional requirements, and proceeding with the formation of a national government aimed at serving the interests of citizens.

Both sides emphasized the necessity of consolidating cooperation among political forces and supporting efforts aimed at confronting current challenges and achieving comprehensive development.
