Baghdad: Iraqi National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji reiterated the importance of strengthening national discourse and consolidating the foundations of stability and social peace in Sinjar.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the National Security Advisory Office issued a statement noting that al-Araji met with religious figure Mahmoud al-Araji to discuss the general situation in the Sinjar district. Al-Araji underscored the need for a strong national dialogue and the establishment of stable and peaceful social foundations.

Furthermore, he highlighted the significant role that religious figures play in raising community awareness and education. Al-Araji emphasized the importance of promoting responsible discourse, rejecting extremist rhetoric, and fostering fraternal coexistence within the community.
