Diwaniyah: Security forces arrested a man who killed his brother, who was hospitalized in Diwaniyah after suffering burns. The man visited his brother under the pretext of checking on his health, but took advantage of the moment when he was in the room and strangled him with an electrical wire, causing his immediate death.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Diwaniyah police stated in a press release that “after an intensive investigation and review of the hospital’s surveillance cameras, the crime was uncovered, the perpetrator identified, and he was arrested in record time. During interrogation, the accused confessed to killing his brother due to previous personal disputes between them.”
