Oil Prices Decline at Settlement Amid U.S.-Iran Talks


London: Oil prices declined on Thursday at settlement, amid ongoing developments in talks between the United States and Iran regarding the Iranian nuclear program.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Brent crude futures fell by 10 cents, or 0.14 percent, to settle at $70.75 a barrel. Similarly, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures also declined by 21 cents, or 0.32 percent, to settle at $65.21 a barrel.

The developments in the U.S.-Iran talks continue to impact market expectations and oil prices, reflecting broader geopolitical dynamics.
