Technical Glitch Disrupts WhatsApp Web Login and Chat Synchronization Across Multiple Countries

Baghdad: Numerous users reported technical issues affecting WhatsApp Web on Friday morning, citing difficulties in logging in and delays in synchronizing conversations across linked devices.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a platform that tracks service disruptions, reports of the issue were recorded in several countries worldwide, including India, Brazil, Singapore, Australia, the United States, and the Philippines.

Most complaints focused on difficulties linking additional devices and delays in message synchronization, two core features relied upon by millions of users accessing WhatsApp through desktop browsers, particularly during working hours. Preliminary observations suggest that the issue arises when attempting to log in from more than one companion device simultaneously.

However, when only the primary device and a single companion device are connected, the service appears to function normally, with the login process proceeding smoothly.
