Baghdad: The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zidan, met today with the Director of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, to discuss measures to ensure the rule of law and support security.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the Supreme Judicial Council stated in a press release that Judge Faiq Zidan received Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Al-Shammari. The meeting focused on legal procedures to promote the rule of law and enhance security in the country. Judge Zidan took the opportunity to congratulate Lieutenant General Al-Shammari on his recent appointment to the new position.
