Riyadh: The Saudi and Iranian foreign ministers recently engaged in a conversation to discuss developments in the region. Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan received a phone call from his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araqchi, to address these crucial matters.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Saudi Foreign Ministry released a statement indicating that the dialogue focused on recent developments given the current situation, alongside diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalating tensions. During the call, Bin Farhan reiterated the Kingdom's dedication to its regional role in fostering security and stability, which aligns with the shared interests of all countries and peoples in the region.
