Baghdad: The head of the Iraqi Engineers Syndicate, Consulting Engineer Zulfiqar Houshi Al-Makssousi, recently engaged in a significant discussion with Dr. Engineer Balasim Salem, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Communications and Media Commission, along with Engineer Aws Majeed Ghaleb, a member of the Board of Commissioners.
