Baghdad: The General Authority for Antiquities and Heritage concluded its month-long training program, “Developing the Skills of Middle Management,” involving several department directors, division heads, and professors from Al-Karkh University of Science.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Nisan Mohammed Jassim, Assistant Director General of the Administrative Department, confirmed that the program aimed to qualify middle management and support competencies. This initiative was designed to enhance performance and promote the culture of institutional work within the organization. Ali Razzaq Hussein, Director of the Administrative Affairs Department, further explained that the program specifically focused on developing leadership and administrative skills. This effort is part of the Authority’s comprehensive training plan set for the year 2026.
