Baghdad:Parliament Speaker Haybat Al-Halbousi has reiterated Iraq’s commitment to dialogue and diplomacy as central strategies to address regional tensions.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Al-Halbousi made these remarks during a meeting with British Ambassador to Iraq, Irfan Siddiq. The meeting was held on Monday and focused on strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between Iraq and the United Kingdom in various areas.

The discussions also included the latest regional and international developments. Al-Halbousi emphasized Iraq’s consistent position on prioritizing dialogue and peaceful solutions to enhance security and stability in the region.
