Nineveh:Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi has announced a government initiative aimed at ensuring every family in the Nineveh Governorate receives a residential plot of land.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Zaidi launched the implementation phase of the “Million Residential Plots” project, also known as the “Watan” Initiative, in Nineveh. This initiative includes the distribution of 110,000 residential plots.

Al-Zaidi emphasized the government’s commitment to recognizing the sacrifices and heroism of Nineveh’s people by ensuring no family is left without land. He also mentioned the government’s dedication to facilitating the return of all residents to their homes.

In addition to the “Watan” Initiative, the Prime Minister announced the upcoming launch of a “Million Farms” initiative. This project will distribute agricultural plots to Iraqis, contributing to the national economy, and will be complemented by new city projects that include various residential, economic, and developmental components.
