Baghdad:President of the Republic Nizar Amidi met with Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, the Secretary-General of Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq movement, in Baghdad to discuss the current situation and key developments on the national scene.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the presidential statement highlighted the meeting’s focus on the importance of respecting constitutional obligations. It emphasized the need for efforts to meet citizens’ needs and improve their living conditions.

The discussion also underscored the necessity for continued coordination among political forces to address ongoing challenges and ensure the country’s stability.
