Baku:Minister of Communications Mustafa Sanad announced the launch of the Ministry’s official website in a new, modern format, alongside a new government application for submitting complaints and testing internet speeds via smartphones.
According to Iraqi News Agency, Sanad stated that the website’s redesign was motivated by feedback from technical colleagues and specialists, and was completed by the Ministry’s specialized staff. The updated website includes an interactive map of Iraq showing fiber-optic cable routes and Ministry projects, with support for Arabic, Kurdish, and English to enhance accessibility.
The newly launched “Ministry of Communications” application is available on the App Store and Google Play. It allows citizens to submit complaints regarding internet services and test their internet connection speeds, specifically for services linked to the Ministry, excluding mobile phone networks. Sanad highlighted the Ministry’s commitment to transparency and openness, encouraging feedback to improve the application and website for public benefit.
