Accra:Vance U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance announced that Russia and Kyiv have agreed to return to the negotiating table. However, he pointed out that persistent disagreements over several core issues continue to hinder the conclusion of a peace agreement between the two countries.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Vance made these remarks to reporters in the state of Ohio. He stated that Washington believes Moscow and Kyiv have reached an understanding to resume talks as part of efforts to resolve the ongoing conflict between the two nations.
