Gunmen in the city of Al-Amara, the center of Maysan Governorate, shot and killed a citizen.
A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): ‘The victim works in the industrial district in Al-Amara, and a dispute occurred between him and one of the people and it developed into the use of weapons, where the other party opened fire on him, killing him.’
The source added that the police arrived at the scene of the accident and opened an investigation.
