Hilla A large fire broke out late last night in a concrete casting plant in the center of Hilla.
Civil Defense media director, Aqil Abdullah, said: “The fire broke out due to the fall of electricity wires as a result of strong winds.”
He added: “The civil defense teams were able to put out the fire without any injuries.”
