Kuwait City: An Amiri decree was issued today in Kuwait accepting the resignation of the Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Mahmoud Abdulaziz Mahmoud Bushehri.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, another Amiri decree was also issued appointing Noura Muhammad Khalid Al-Mishaan as Acting Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy. She will assume this role in addition to her current position as Minister of Public Works.

Bushehri was appointed Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy in late August by virtue of an Amiri decree that amended the appointment of a number of ministers and appointed other ministers.
