Baghdad: The head of the Iraqi Artists Syndicate, Dr. Jabbar Jawdi, received Jaafar Alwanan, Director General of the Cinema and Theater Department and Media Advisor to the Speaker of Parliament, at the syndicate’s headquarters in Baghdad this evening. The meeting underscored the commitment to fostering stronger ties between cultural institutions and government bodies for the benefit of the Iraqi art scene.
