Baghdad: Badr Organization Secretary-General Hadi al-Amiri and Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) leader Bafel Talabani emphasized today, Sunday, the importance of national understandings among political forces to ensure the advancement of constitutional entitlements.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, during their meeting, the two sides reviewed the deep-rooted and historical relationship between the Badr Organization and the PUK, and the strong ties that bind the two parties. These ties reflect a spirit of partnership and brotherhood among their leaders and constituent groups.

The meeting also focused on upcoming entitlements, particularly those related to the presidency and the formation of the new government.
