Baghdad: Qasim al-Araji, the security advisor to the Prime Minister, met with Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein to discuss the latest political and security developments in Iraq, as well as regional and international developments and their impact on the country’s security and stability.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from al-Araji’s office detailed that the meeting focused on the challenges facing the region and explored ways to protect Iraq’s sovereignty and national interests. Both parties highlighted the importance of strengthening diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions and contain ongoing crises.
