Baghdad National Security Adviser Qassem Al-Araji discussed with Sayyid Hussein Al-Sadr the political and security developments and the issue of the national dialogue.
The Office of the National Security Adviser said in a statement that: “Al-Sadr received Al-Araji, in the holy city of Al-Kadhimiya, and during the meeting, they discussed the latest political and security developments, on the Arab and regional levels, especially the developments of events in Palestine.”
The statement added, “Al-Araji and Al-Sadr discussed the issue of the national dialogue, as Al-Sadr stressed that the meeting should set one goal for the dialogue, which is the homeland and from which it also starts.”
Al-Araji praised the great role of Hussein Al-Sadr, through establishing the approach of tolerance and acceptance of others, which is the main focus of the national dialogue.
