Baghdad:Deputy Speaker of Parliament Farhad Al-Atrushi has underscored the critical need for united national efforts to ensure the security and territorial integrity of Iraq. He expressed his gratitude to the International Coalition forces for their support over the years.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Al-Atrushi highlighted the significance of continued coordination between federal forces and the Peshmerga in confronting shared challenges. This collaboration is deemed essential for maintaining stability in Iraq, especially in light of the conclusion of the International Coalition forces’ mission.

Al-Atrushi emphasized that protecting Iraq’s sovereignty and the security of its citizens is a collective national responsibility. He noted that cooperation between the federal forces and the Peshmerga is a fundamental element in tackling security challenges and threats while reinforcing stability throughout the country.
