Baghdad: Ammar al-Hakim, head of the National State Forces Alliance, met with Shibl al-Zaidi, head of the Services Alliance, at his office in Baghdad to discuss the latest political developments in Iraq and the region. A statement from al-Hakim's office indicated that the meeting addressed the completion of the electoral process, specifically the remaining three presidencies, and the formation of a government capable of confronting challenges and preserving the country's sovereignty.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Hakim emphasized the urgent need for an immediate end to the ongoing war in the region. He held regional and international powers responsible for exerting pressure to halt the conflict and initiate a constructive dialogue that preserves stability and guarantees the rights of all involved.
