Baghdad Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi discussed with the new Ambassador of the Russian Federation, Elbrus Kutrashev, the ongoing preparations for the convening of the Iraqi-Russian Joint Ministerial Committee in the capital, Moscow.
Al-Kadhimi welcomed the Russian Ambassador, who recently assumed his duties as his country’s Ambassador to Iraq, stressing the importance of strengthening bilateral relations and developing joint cooperation between Baghdad and Moscow in a manner that serves the interests of the peoples of the two countries.
The meeting discussed the ongoing preparations for the convening of the Iraqi-Russian joint ministerial committee in the capital, Moscow, which would develop the level of cooperation in various fields and levels.
