Baghdad: The Al-Minaa football team arrived in Baghdad on Friday on a private plane to prepare for their upcoming match against Al-Kahraba in the seventh round of the Iraqi Premier League.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the team delegation traveled on a private plane arranged by the club’s interim administrative committee. The committee is headed by Basra Governor Asaad Al-Eidani, who aims to create favorable conditions for the team in preparation for their crucial matches.
Al-Eidani has previously assured both players and coaching staff that the team will receive greater attention in the upcoming period. This includes the provision of necessary sports equipment, ensuring hotels and accommodation for professional players, and arranging transport to Baghdad for the match against Al-Kahraba. Al-Minaa currently holds 8 points as they prepare for this important encounter.
