Baghdad: The Baghdad International Book Fair 27th edition is witnessing a large turnout, with the participation of prominent Arab artists, writers, literary figures, and historians. “This edition of the fair is exceptional and is witnessing a large turnout, with many Iraqi families visiting the fair to view the latest publications,” said Abdul Wahab Al-Radhi, head of the organizing committee for the Baghdad International Book Fair, to the Iraqi News Agency – INA.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Al-Radhi noted that this demonstrates the Iraqi people’s passion for acquiring new information, and that books remain among the most important sources of human knowledge. He emphasized that the fair will host important guests from Arab countries, including historians, writers, artists, and literary figures, in addition to guests from inside and outside Iraq.
